What is Go Beyond Celiac?

Go Beyond Celiac is an online celiac disease registry created by the national nonprofit Beyond Celiac for people with celiac disease. It’s a place where patients can actively participate in research by sharing their stories and experiences and see if they qualify for celiac disease clinical trials.

Participants can learn about how they can join research studies and stay up to date on the latest in celiac disease science.

Our vision is a world in which people with celiac disease can live healthy lives with freedom from social stigma and fear of gluten exposure – A world Beyond Celiac. By participating in Go Beyond Celiac, you help to make this vision a reality.

To Beyond Celiac, a cure means real treatment options so those with celiac disease can live healthy lives and eat without fear.

We firmly believe that with a strategic approach to targeted research, an effective treatment or cure could be possible by 2030. To accomplish that goal, we are laser-focused on addressing the many current barriers.

Through Go Beyond Celiac, we are collecting and analyzing comprehensive data on the burden of celiac disease and gluten sensitivity. With this information, we can increase awareness and make a compelling case for larger investments from government agencies, pharmaceutical companies, biotech and more.

Who should join?

Adults who have celiac disease and non-celiac gluten sensitivity are encouraged to join and share their experiences.

Once registered, all you have to do to advance celiac disease research is talk about yourself! Participants will fill out research surveys privately and answer questions about their own experiences surrounding life before, during and after diagnosis.
